Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of mango, papaya, tangerine, grapefruit, floral hops and some pine resiny hops. Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, tangerine and floral hop flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with papaya, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Very nice.

This pint came by way of Half Time, much appreciated. I have a snifter from Buffalo Bayou, a gone but not forgotten brewery, in place for the sampling. The body is an indistinct medium gold completed by a heroic top of creamy, absolutely white foam. I smell citrus, papayas and grain. The taste is properly hazy style with some WC effect, a blend I appreciate. Grapefruit, a healthy malt backbone, a bit of mangoes, pineapple, white bread and a formidable hops bitterness, again that throw-back IPA influence. Well done this time, I can say the same about other Parish offerings.

Exotic fruity juicy hoppy aroma, also some more traditional herbal hoppy notes, but quite sweet and exotic fruity. Flavor is bitter hoppy, good pine into the aftertaste, grapefruit, sweet ripe exotic fruits, hoppy fruity sweet and bitter, i personally prefer sweet malty and bitter if it has to be sweet. ripe exotic fruits isn't my favoriute. good palate and good neutral malts with a good body. The beer is in fact all very good, just not my kind of flavor.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 15/09/2025.
Moderately hazed orange to golden topped with a just off white head.
Nose is melon, lychee, guava, grass, raw pineapple.
Taste comprises ripe melon, mixed tropicana, hop spice, pine resin, dank chimes, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy enough, if not a blow you away DIPA, with an old skool vibe.

Can from Brew Export. Nose is passionfruit, peach, tangerine, apricot. Taste is a nice mix of sweet citrus & passionfruit backed up nicely with a spot of peach & red grapefruit. Most juicy indeed.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold, small pale cream colour head, doesn't last long. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, fairly dry, a thin creamy sweetness. Strata hops bring crisp cooling pine, a decent hop spice nip. Bitter hop fruits, kinda generic hop fruits, nice enough, don't get any passion fruit. Crisp finish brings more of the same. Like this but, once again Strata doesn't deliver on the passion fruit front, not for me anyway.
