Fairly clean, copper-brown colour with some amber highlights, a creamyish warm light-beige coloured head, good retention and creamy lacing. A sweetish maple nose with some good darker cereal grains balancing things. Some good maltiness in the taste, with mild maple touch from the mushroom, lingering. Some nice roastiness, bread notes and hops in the finish, to cut the sweetness. A very good, lighter alcohol Scottish Ale with the mild maple feel of the chaga mushrooms.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tangerine, tropical fruit, resinous piney hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light powdery character, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Can: Poured a black color stout with a medium size brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light chocolate malt notes with some hazelnut and maple notes are also noticeable. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some hazelnut and maple and faint residual sugar notes. Body is a bit thin for this style of beer with good carbonation. Enjoyable light pastry stout if such a thing exists.
