Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a warm off-white head, decent stay and some foamy lacing left. The Nelson Sauvin double action here really comes out in the smell, with that white wine grape, some grassiness and a touch of passionfruit from the Kohia version. Eventually, a tad vanilla comes out to soften-sweet things up. The grapes blends nicely with the big fruitiness in the flavours. Citrus juiciness, tropical notes and light zest drying things up in the finish. Quite an interesting juicy Double NEIPA with lots of hoppiness, fruitiness, grassiness and zestiness.

2024 édition, pouring a slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a white cap leaving some lacing spots and coating over the brew. The smell is mild, but does present the Tripel yeast spiciness with some fruitiness from the malts, and a touch of alcohol. The taste is on the milder side as well, but everything is felt - between the fruity and spicy notes. A tad honey balanced with a little bitterness-dryness in the end. Quite a smooth Belgian-style Tripel, that goes down very well. Very well.

Clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, decent stay and lacing spots. Fresh lime aromas over mild maltiness. The lime juice really comes out nicely in the taste. The malt is quite mild in the background, so the citrus really adds a nice punch. A refreshing, light Mexican Lager with the lime to the rescue.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with a pink hue, a white frothy head that actually last quite a while (even for the style) and leaves sticky lacing. Fresh pink guava aromas with some sourness and a tad tart. The sourness really pops up in the flavours, with the fruity guava and the sour notes lingers. Another really good Sour Ale with fruit from this brewery.

Lightly hazed, pinkish-amber colour with a big, fizzy off-white head that goes down quickly - after staying a while. Nice, fresh raspberry purée in the nose with tartiness. Fairly sour in the flavours with the fruit flowing well, and not finishing short like most in the style. Nope, it lingers quite nicely. A very nice, refreshing raspberry sour ale.

Jet black, small beige head. Aroma is cloyingly sweet, toasty cereals, and super boozy vanilla/cocoa syrup. Thick, oily mouth feel, no carb. Medium bitter, crazy sweet, chocolate syrup with vanilla and bourbon flavouring. Not very good at all.
