Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a huge warm-white, frothy-creamy head with great retention and lots of sticky, foamy-creamy lacing patches. Aromas are a nice blend of citrusy juiciness, with other fruity notes and some fresh, herbal hops. A silky, creamyish mouthfeel with some building dryness in the finish. The alcohol seems pretty well-hidden, but does come out a bit with time, to blend with the zesty bitterness that builds slowly. Orange juice/zest flavours with other tropical fruits, some white grapes and mild grassiness. Quite a smooth, juicy-fruity, creamy Triple NEIPA. Bon 12e anniversaire au Prospecteur !

Hazed, golden colour with an orange hue, a creamyish-froth white head, good retention and thick, foamy lacing streaks. The nose is mild, kind of just well-balanced, with mostly tropical-stone fruit notes and the citrus in the background. Hints of funk and oats. Again, light in flavours, but with mango, peach, melon, oats and a touch of grassiness, zestiness. Alcohol is well-hidden, with a creamy feel, and decent dryness in the end. Lots of hops in here, but everything is blending well, and going down smoothly.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with light vanilla and faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some vanilla notes and faint residual sugar notes with light notes of cake icing. Body is light for style with good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable but body is thin for style.

Bottle: Poured a dirty amber color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and limited retention. Aroma of funky ester with some vinous notes and some tartness. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some vinous notes and a tart finish. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Well made grape based sour.

Fairly clean with very tiny particles through it. A golden-amber colour with a big, frothy, very light beige head, good retention and some good foamy lacing. Resinous aromas over the caramel malt base, some fresh pine needles, mild funk and a herbal touch. The resin continues in the taste, with a nice grassy-herbal blend, all over the cereal grains. A wet mouthfeel with just a little building dryness in the end. A refreshing, almost juicy - not a hazy NEIPA, but a good drinkable West Coast IPA.

De puissants aromes de lime explosent au nez.
Un fond céréalier et un peu de résine en sous-note.
De couleur jaune paille assez foncé et limpide.
La mousse pétillante s’efface rapidement.
Lime et céréales dominent la bouche.
Le malt est bien présent et perceptible avec ses accents de pain frais.
L’amertume est restreinte, à peine perceptible avec de très subtils
accents herbacés et résineux.
Elle possède un peu plus de corpulence que la moyenne de son style et la carbonatation est intense, ce qui contribue à la caractériser comme bière de soif.
Cette bière doit faire un tabac l’été sur une terrasse.
