A hazed blonde ipa with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light dank notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Olfactif au caractère boulanger avec touche florale et poivrée.
Liquide doré et parfaitement limpide couvert d’une mousse moyennement généreuse et moyennement dense.
Entrée de bouche puissamment houblonnée.
La base maltée est présente mais reste discrète.
Des notes de fleurs blanches servent de base à un éventail d’accents houblonnés comprenant du citron doux, des fruits à noyau, mais surtout, une finale intensément herbacée et à la limite résineuse qui provoque une amertume prenante.
Les notes de pain frais et l’environnement malté s’intègre quand même assez bien malgré tout.
L’équilibre est définitivement axé vers les houblons ; ce qui rend cette bière tout à fait originale pour le style.
Une Pils au houblonnage varié et complexe qui sait garder la base maltée du style.

Wow, their Double NEIPA with kumquat added to this hoppy series. Found in a small dépanneur in the middle of nowhere. Lightly hazed, but with a bunch of particles floating around. Golden colour with a nice, frothy white head, good retention and thick creamy lacing. Fresh kumquat fruitiness in the nose, blending with the rest of the hops. Nectarine, citrus, tropical-stone fruit flavours. Some beautiful herbal touch in the finish to blend with the fruitiness, lingering a little bitterness. All-around, a very good, interesting Double IPA that is not overly hazed with oats, but some fruity notes all very well-balanced.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a frothy warm-white head, decent retention and full, sticky-foamy lacing. Orange juice aromas with light lemon zest, tropical notes, some stone fruits, melons and a herbal-grassy touch. A wet mouthfeel with some light tart and dryness. Some citrus, peach, melon notes in the flavours, all fairly mild for the style. A refreshing, easy-going Double NEIPA with different hops that give you a bit of everything.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a white frothy head, decent stay and light foamy lacing. Big, fruity aromas of passion fruits with a touch of sourness. A juicy mouthfeel with decent dryness in the end. Lots of passions fruits in the flavours with citrus blending and a tad zing. Quite a nice, juicy Double NEIPA with the passion fruit shinning.

Hazed golden colour with a bunch of tiny particles, looking like spices, floating around. A little volcano from the can, creating a big frothy-creamyish warm head, great retention and sticky-foamy lacing. Those tiny hop particles are also speckled in the cap. Big citrus zest, with an Italien herb touch to it, and kind of peppery. Oh boy, this is juicy !! Everything is so well-blended in the taste, hard to feel what is what. Citrus, tropical notes, stone fruits and the spiced herbs, grassy hop touch. Quite an interesting NZ Double NEIPA with not much grapes from the Nelson Sauvin, but crazy juiciness and a tad herbal action.

Une torréfaction bien sentie nous titille le nez avec des notes de chocolat noir, de pain très grillé, de biscuit et de café.
Un nez très aromatique.
Liquide noir et opaque.
Mousse moyennement abondante et persistante.
Bien maltée et torréfiée en bouche avec des notes de café noir et amère assez présentes.
Du chocolat noir est également au programme avec des houblons herbacés et terreux qui se joignent à une amertume de torréfaction pour provoquer une finale bien sèche.
Un excellent porter avec un corps rondelet, peu sucré et bien amer.

Fairly clean (a tad hazed), golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and light lacing. Beautiful fresh, herbal, mild citrus and some spiciness, ginger hints. This continues into the taste. A wet mouthfeel with just a tad dryness, that is slow and lingering. Reminds me of an Italian-style Pilsner with a touch more spices. Nicely refreshing and punchy !

Mid-hazed, golden-yellow colour with a creamyish white head, good retention and many streaks of foamy-creamy lacing. Loads of smaller particles, looking like spices, floating all-around. Lots of Citra hops in the nose giving the citrus touch and some grassiness. Then, some good tropical fruitiness from the Mosaic comes out to balance things. Even hints of melons. Some good lemon zest, orange juice with a blend of mild tropical and resinous notes. A nice collab-NEIPA from two breweries that make these well, with an interesting concept of two hops.
