In mouth, a nice fruity biscuit malt with loads of herbaceous, citrus pulp, floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and pleasant, well done. On tap at Festibière d’hiver 2015.

In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with grainy character, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, esters, OK. On tap at Gainsbourg.
