Draught @ Beer Shop, Oak Park (Nov 2023). Cloudy dark yellow with foamy off-white head, faint floral aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter resinous taste with floral hops, thin body, long bitter finish. Good brew.

Can from Beer Republic webshop, Breda, Netherlands (I think?) Had this at home in the company of Jude and Baz Saturday 9th December 2023 after a nice snowy hike to the pub. We're listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. We had a great Raclette for tea tonight with plenty of options. Pours shark eye black in color, light cappuccino coloured head. Coffee, syrupy and a little vanilla plus maltiness. In the mouth, once again syrup (maple syrup), cocoa powder, some nuttiness and coffee, there is a bitterness, very good imperial stout.

Aromas are skunkweed, citrus, resin and wet grain. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with bitter, citrus, MJ coming out more along with some bitterness and carbonation. Good drinking beer but not great.

750ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla bourbon barrel plenty toasted nuts. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate vanilla bourbon barrel nut mix. Very good

Malmö October tasting at Palace Hall (14/10/2023) - juicy fruity with layers of exotic tropical and citrus fruit, sitting upon a sweet malty backbone, light resinous hoppy bitter finish. Great stuff.
