(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2026) Deep purple colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with blueberries, maple syrup and honey. Fruity, tart taste with notes of blueberries, honey, maple syrup and bread. No bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Generous acidity and blueberry character. Straight-forward, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

Thanks fonefan! Slightly hazy amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some toffee and mild citrusy tones with a bit oaty and mild earthy tones as well. Flavour is toffee, caramel, some floral and mild oaty tones with some overripe fruitiness to it.

Golden beer pour under a bubbly head. Smell is noble style hops, a bit of oxidation. Decent "beer" taste, with additional hop bitterness. I'm actually considering if there aren't some rough Northern Brewer hops? Otherwise it's a good bowling alley beer.
