Standard hazy DIPA, hop burn apparent from the get-go, notes of guava and peach and chive with a subtle vanilla sweetness and a slight bitter pine streak on the finish. Same old same old with this style.

Bottle shared. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, some distant raisin notes and barrel. Flavor is similar, very pleasant overall and quite balanced. Nice. 8-8,5-8,5-9-8,5

I get big licorice, anise on this. Some dark chocolate. Velvety texture. Pours black with mocha head and lacing. Some cream in the finish, some chocolate. Tap at Snally.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a wispy brown head. Big, and barrel is really expressive in this one. Bourbon, vanilla, wood. Roast, but not overly deep and roasted. Chocolate. 2025 variant, in case that's ever needed.
