Tap. Dark gold, close to amber color, almost clear, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweetish, citrus, a little wild, fruity and a little spicy. Taste: strange, spicy, citrus, pine, buckwheat, bitter, not the best.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown with a decent beige head. Aroma and taste: Toassted malt, slightly roasted, vanilla, chocolate, vegetal hop. Light sweet, low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to mediu body, Average carbonation.Diluted ending. Summary: Nothing esceptional.

Rich and intense, roasty, chocolately, minimally ashy, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, toffee, dark caramel, a touch of liquorice. Taste is minimally sweet, roasty and chocolately, dark malty, bitter hoppy counterpart, notes of dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, toffee, dark caramel, couverture, coffee, coffee liqueur, a touch of treacle, liquorice; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Excellent composition, a number of expectable flavours in excellent, clean quality - wonderful sipper.

Bottled@Põhja Õõkull, Tallinn. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, some floral, toasted and mild wooden tones. Flavour is roasted, resiny, some lactrose, mild wood and earthy hopes. Quite milky overall. Strong milky aftertaste.

Bottled@Põhja õõkull, Tallinn. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. aroma is fruity, some wood, mild toasted tones with some ashes and coffee. Flavour is coffee, roasted tones, some ashes as well as some mild toffee tones. Mild metallic edge to it as well.
