Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a cloudy dark red with a tiny head. Aroma has gentle blackberry juice and gentle apple skins. Flavour is dry, with fermented out blackberry juice, apple skins, and a hint of wildness. Juicy and yet dry. It's alright.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a cloudy murky blonde. Aroma is garbled, with light wild yeast and some apple core. Flavour is murky, with wild yeast and murky apple core. Muddled and lacking cohesion. Lame.
