Poured from 750mL bottle (2021 harvest). Hazed gold with small white head. Stinging nettle definitely come through, but don’t find it blends super well with the apple. Decent experimentation.

Whiteish pale straw body, okay foam, strong carbonation. Mellow apple sweetness aroma, nothing stands out, subdued. Taste is tart apple, sometimes bitter, slight roundness and some yeast funk. Ends sharp with good carbonation. Chewy apple, slight vine notes, lots of things going on here, pretty fun.
