Mellow gold body, mostly clear, little foam. Smells of soft honey, tawny port notes. Taste is soft sweet apple and nothing else, ends smooth with vague chewiness. Not bad, drinkable, but not really memorable.

Weak gold body with minimal foam. Smells of musty apple, plethora of skin. Taste is vinous apple and slightly tart, good carbonation but also a little thin. Drinkable, slightly rustic, mostly straight ahead.

Bottle. Had a natural sediment and was a gusher upon opening. Hazy pale greenish-yellow. Apple skins and earthy, tannin accents on the nose. Quite dry, austere almost. Light appley note, mild tannins. Lean, but flavourful. Not an especially complex example, and at stupid money for a 250ml bottle the price doesn't align with the drinkability, but this is real cider, for those who appreciate real cider.

330mL bottle, courtesy of Oakes, pours a clear blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose reveals musty apple skins, a little farmhose funk. Flavour is crisp and dry, with citrus skins, musty apple skins, and light funk. Pretty much no residual sweetness, with a tangy citrusy finish. There's not a lot of depth or complexity, but it is a nicely made, lightly funk, bone dry cider.

Pale gold colour and bright. Fresh apple aroma hinting at tannins. On the palate, that's about right. Bright, crisp, juicy apple but with bitterness and tannins. So fairly complex, and that's really the cidermaker stepping back and letting the apple shine.

Earthy, dry, and has nice complexity. Quite good - their driest and probably funkiest, too.

Darker and yellowish. Dry, earthy, almost austere. Just light fruit note. A very serious cider for sure, if lacking refinement.

Yellower than the others. It's got a quick finish, but seems sweeter up front, more juicelike than the others.

Slight haze. Dry. A bit sharp, nice tartness actually. Light apple notes. Interesting, probably their tartest.

The ultimate cuvee, made from the second pressings of all the ciders from their orchard. Tart, sharp, and a bit green and fleshy-tasting (apple flesh, of course). Nice apple character and again an off-dry character. Might be their sweetest, and it's not that sweet.
