Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow in color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which took it's time to slide off and leave a light touch of lace
Aroma: funky/some basement, oaky, floral, dried grassy, some hay, subtle acidic citrusy tones
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a funky sweet to acidic and juicy manner; sly aftertaste of funk, hay and citrus acidity
Texture: light to medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper, semi-dry on the tongue then finishes dry, acidic and basement-like
Overall: well, I understand this beer for what the brewer intended and I like what they did with this, this would be one I would want to return if this brewer was still around.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: muddy orange in color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some spotty clingy lace
Aroma: nice blend of sweet grass, funky, oaky, barrel-like, acidic citrusy toned and white grapey scents
Flavor: pretty much mirrors the aromas semi-sweet, woody, and tart; no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, good as a sipper; some tart sting to my tongue but I was expecting that; finishes acidic, funky and tart
Overall: I get this Grissette as brewed and would welcome this again.

Had on tap at McGillicuddy's, Williston, Vermont.
Appearance: semi-transparent amber color with a bar pour's kind of thin white foamy head; didn't leave much lace after the head dissipated
Aroma: Mosaic hops - somewhat crisp & bittersweet ride over a clean malt base
Flavor: moderately bittersweet blending the Mosaic hops and malts; no observable aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, finishes clean with the Mosaic hops
Overall: enjoyable single hop IPA I could come back to.

Bottle drunk 11/1/25.
Poop! Nice to see these guys had some wild yeast and or bugs in their culture. Mostly farm animal excrement and minimal human baby diaper.
Cracker, lemon, lemongrass. Waxy, funky, super dry tropical fruit and good Sacch. Light vanilla and still a chewy texture to the body.

Draught at Armsby, 4/12/25.
Clear blonde-brass. Small-to-medium-sized, white head.
Quite floral, a bit of grass, maybe a touch of soap initially. Dry pine and grapefruit rind with some sourdough, white bread and biscuit from the malt.
Despite the initially slightly off-putting soap/grass/perfume character in the nose, with warming/breathing, the hops do soften somewhat, or probably more accurately, the malt character comes forth more, helping to balance. The bitterness is lower, still ample, but there's no resin or hard grapefruit rind. Good maltiness, good attenuation, clean. Gets fruitier with better pine character. Still not my favorite style, but there's no toast/caramel/other crystal malt or resin here, so I think they've done a good job.

Lukr pour at Armsby, 3/9/25.
Clear, straw-golden. Small-to-medium, moderately-well-retained, white head.
Quite hoppy, though not acidic. Tons of fresh herbs and light pepper with a honey-like maltiness supporting it. Clean, crisp, bright. Bit of cellar/mineral character in there, as well.
Nicely-malted with a very balanced character showing just enough malt to balance the healthy hop addition, moderate bitterness and a clean, crisp, engaging and dry finish.
