Deep apple juice color with a thick reamy white, quite resilient. Sweet apple and lemon in aroma, rather candy-ish. In mouth, rather sweet malty beverage with notes of canned apple juice and little tart notes (must be the cranberry). And it actually keeps quite well, considering I had this since late fall last year (Nov. 2004).

Just checked Cappy’s rating and said: better taste while its still fresh. Bought at Metro Johannette in April 2005. Lightly hazed deep reddish brown with a thick off-white head. Aroma of vanilla, banana and light citrus. Rather nice sweet candy sugar sweetness with lemony notes, notes of oranges and aniseed. Some hops are detected in final, very restrained and peppery, with lighter than expected alcohol warmth. Finally, a good Multibrasse!

At Festival Bières et Saveurs. Golden ale with a fruit and alcohol aroma with a touch of maple (???). Sweet pear juice with not much hops, but lots of candy sugar, almost like a Pinot. (Sept. 2004)

Called Blanches a l’érable at the Festival Bieres et Saveurs. 5.5% . Golden ale with a fruity aroma, more like apples. Light maple and lactic acid taste. Very light bodied. Im assuming this is la Coulée based on Gonzo’s and Beerbuzz’s comment. (Sept. 2004)

White beer with a nice banana and vanilla aroma. Nice wheat beer with touches of vanilla in finish. Good quaffable beer for the summer.

Blonde ale with a faint grassy aroma, Grassy taste with german style hops. Slight sweetness in aftertaste. Good bodied.

Amber ale with a lightly hoppy aroma. Good hops in mouth, slightly floral. Weaker bodied beer. Nice try.
