Helped by a cellar master with a well-known expertise, Pierre-emmanuel and Xavier have been developing their project for more than one year. Their work resulted in the launch of Sassy, the first contemporary cider brand “Made in Normandy”.

Can 33 cl. Comes as ‘Sassy Cidre Organic’ at 4%. Pours a clear, dark golden with a small, white head. Intense and sweet apple juice aroma. Medium bodied, sweet apple juice notes, some discreet peeely tannins, but very little tartness. Lovely and authentic. 280924

Bottle, big fizzy head, clear intense gold colour, ripe and cooked apples, cinnamon, hint of sulphur and rubber, quite sweet with a light tartness. Nice.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden body with sparkling carbonation under a white head. Aroma has fresh apple and hint of cellar notes. Taste is relatively sweet apple with balancing acidity, hint of wood and mild tannins. Medium body with fresh apple aftertaste. High drinkability and very refreshing. Nice.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden body under a faint hint of a white head. Aroma of ripe apple, wood and cellar notes. Taste like aroma, medium sweet ripe apple, wood and cellar notes. Fine body with a pleasant aftertaste. Balanced sweetness. A nice, matured cider.
