Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, mild sugary and silght fructose. Flavour is sweet apple jam, some sugar, fructose and mild tartish tones. Sweet, but very bodied.

Bouteille 33cl au Duck & Waffle, London à tout de même 8£ la petite bouteille.
Couleur dorée, qcq fines bulles arrivent à la surface mais retombent aussi vite.
Arôme est plaisant avec une belle mise en avant des pommes - ici, aromatique fruité avec une petite pointe boisée et un léger fleuri.
Palais est frais, bien fruité sur l'apport des pommes avce une fine acidité et un fini sec marqué. Belle effervescence qui vient titiller le palais avec en rertait une fine douceur.

November 2017: 750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, as Sassy Cidre L'Inimitable, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%. Deep golden colour, pours fizzy with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of cider apples and dessert apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Slightly sweet flavour of apples, oak and sulphites.

330 ml bottle, as Sassy Cidre Small Batch, Batch No. 02, year 2022, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Moderately hazy golden colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large white head that actually lasts a while. Pleasant aroma of cider apples, a hint of oak and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of apples and oak, a hint of sulphites again. A very good cider.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body under a fading, foamy white head. Strong aroma, ripe apples, wood, slightly funky with a hint of caramel. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, funky notes, mild wood and hint of caramel. Balanced body with long lasting aftertaste. Quite straight forward, but still some complexity to be found. Tasty.

YG 040423. L inimitable was written over the top of the bottle. Deep golden color with a shorlived white head. Aroma is apple, mature apple. Flavor is apple, mature apple, sourness, oak sulphur. OK cider.

Bottle. A clear, sparkling, deep golden cider with some off-white bubbles on top. Lightly funky aroma, barnyard, hay, leather and barnyard, with a good dash of fresh apple juice. Dusty, cellar-ish. It's full-bodied, quite sweet and softly carbonated, with an apple driven flavor. Funky, grassy, sweet and lightly toffee-ish. Perhaps a bit too funky, and too sweet, but nice anyway. A bit challenging though. 230404

330ml bottle as Sassy Cidre Rosé. Pours clear red with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet red apples. Taste is light to medium sweet, tart, red apples. Tart finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 30/01/23. Very light haze on a golden pour with a fast collapsing just off white head that stays in part as spotting. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light herb, grass, orchard wood, caramel. Taste comprises crisp apple, light sugar dusting, straw, hedgerow, vinous twang. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid Cidre, would crush in the summer, delivers well on 5%.
