Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig. 02/08/2017. Thanks to Ian. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, bourbon, calvedos, nutty toffee malts, . Flavour is composed of tangy apple, woody, apple wood, toffee, coffee. Palate is semi sweet tangy, apple, moderate carbonation. Woody finish.

Bottle at Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2017. Clear dark amber brown beer. Lasting beige head. Decent quad then some armagnac. I thought spirity . Little heat. Good armagnac. S9me tangerine candied peel. I thought decent.

75cl bottle: BB March 18. Shared between five on 24th July 17 at the Shrewsbury monthly tasting in Chez Sophie. Cheers Mat for this offering. Poured a misty/hazy golden colour, blanket of white foam for a head. Lemon and sour taste/aroma: not my thing really.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie July 17, courtesy of me. Pours a hazy gold, small foamy white head. Good bretty aroma, although a bit sweaty. Taste presents quite a sharp tangy brett element, almost too much so. But pleasant enough bretty saison.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge convention 05/03/2016. Thanks to Ian. A reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting tan head. Aroma is hot alcohol, vanilla, caramel, praline. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, vanilla and caramel, brown bread, grain tannin. Palate is medium full bodied, highish carbonation. Good.
