Draught at the brewery. Clear rich yellow with small foamy whitish head, coffee beans aroma, low carbonation, spicy coffee taste, abrupt finish. A bit strange to have a pale ale pretending to be a cold brewed coffee.

Draught at the brewery. Faintly cloudy rich yellow with good sized foamy white head, very faint brett aroma, low carbonation, lightly tart taste, abrupt finish with very little hops effect. Quite smooth but also weak.

Drought at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow with small frothy white head, citrus aroma, low carbonation, bitter citrus peel taste, abrupt finish with lemon peel bitterness remaiking on palate. There is no rainbow here!

occult saison 1 finger, tight white head. hazy orange good aroma. resin but it has all the right qualities. interesting hopping here with a bit of pine needle. mouthfeel si good but it’s like a standard saison with some rice and yeast

hazy, very cloud dark orange. smells like vinegar. very sour, good palate cleanser with sulphur and grape skin. not a fan!

On tap at The Ginger Man, NYC. Pale golden in color and with a minimal sized off-white head. Almost clear. Sourish, fruity aroma, peaches, banana and apricot. Lightly acidic flavor with lots of tropical fruits. Medium body and a nice carbonation. Rather dry on the palate. A bit boring this one, sort of one dimensional, but at least it’s refreshing. 150624

Pine, spice, and a bit of citrus. Clear orange color. Minimal head, drippy lace. Tastes similar. Spice/ rye comes out a touch more in the flavor. Clean feel.
