Note based rating. Hope to improve on it in the future:Bottle @ Sthlm Beer 2016. Clear pale caramel pour with very clear sticky legs. Poltorak honey levels. Light bochet caramel, vanilla and hay. Bottled at Stockholm Beer &WF, first weekend, 2016.Cloudy orange color, very small white head. Juniper, sassafras, smoked, acidic scent. Acidic, tart, wood, hints of sassafras taste. Wood, wheat dough aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
