Bomber from Total Wine, Tampa. Doré, léger voile, col blanc très effervescent et disparaissant vite, normal c’est du cidre. Arôme est très bien fruité, ample pomme, petit rétro biscuité, bourbon sur une pointe de vanille, retrouve un ajout organique du miel. Sherry perce assez bien. Palais est bien effervescent, crisp, note de pomme finement acerbe mais renforcé par une douceur des différents casks. Note une impression de chair de pomme, râpeux en bouche et un agréable profil Bourbon. Côté Porto/Sherry ajoute cette sensation de caramélisé-grillé vin chaud.

Apple, orange, and banana nose. Cloudy amber. Babyfood banana and applesauce. Finishes with just apple. Light body, tannic and tangy. Nicely balanced, estery. Not a great deal of rum character.

22 oz bottle poured. Beautiful bottle really. I always like a bottle that I can read a nice story off of while I enjoy it. Served with an ice cube, like the bottle suggests. Big rum forward aroma. Flavor is a sweet green apple. 99% of the rum presence is in the aroma. Subtle oaky rum finish. Overall an awesome cider here. Stand out for sure.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent, nearly hazy gold. Aroma of apples, rum and a suggestion of treacle. Near med body. Flavor is apple, honey/sugar in small quantity, trace of treacle, and some rum. Not as much rum as I’d like tho. Still it makes a very drinkable cider.

Pours clear, light gold into a shaker. No head. Pear and oak aromas. Sweet pear and red wine upfront turns to oak in the dry, lasting finish.

A hazed golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light mineral notes, light Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a light sweet apple pulp with light lemony notes, watery bodied, so-so.

Pours a slightly hazy faint greenish-yellow from a bottle. Sweet apple flavor fades off into a nice dryness. Sweetness is somewhat over the top. Good cider.
