Awesome perry! Medium sweet pears with red/white wine, vanilla, oak, and light spice. Great balance/complexity. Very smooth/light carb.

Bottle at PIB 2015, pours a murky orange with a tiny head. Aroma is very yeasty, with dry apples and dirty yeast. Flavour brings out Belgian yeast, candied sugar, and medium sweet apples. As bad as it looks, it's balanced well and tastes great. Really good.

Bottle at PIB 2015, pours a cloudy blonde with an orange tinge and a s white head. Aroma brings out subtle red wine barrels and a touch of dry apple skins. Flavour brings out vanilla, candied sugar, and apples. Not really pronounced on the red wine, but it's pretty well-balanced. Solid.

Bourbon, apple, and oak aroma in nearly equal measure and good intensity. Cloudy golden, very chunky, some legs. Apple is dominant, but secondary bourbon and oak are fairly evident. Medium body, easy carbonation. Surprisingly crisp and not at all boozy despite being full of bourbon flavor. I wasn’t expecting much as this bottle had a bit of age, but it held up well. I quite enjoyed it.
