Red wine, blackberry, pear. Milky golden. Pear, apple, must, sawdust. Light body, spritzy, only slighly warm. Well balanced. Really excellent.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy light gold with a transient white smear. Aroma of perry with light notes of red grape and wood. Near med body. Flavor is pear and wood, honey on the lips, and the grape is pretty low key. But I think it’s there. So much wood the pear is almost submerged, but it comes back with each quaff.

Bottle. Opaque chalky pale yellow color, scant bubbles. Aroma of raw bread, orange, pear, light spice. Taste is tart spiced fruit. Interesting, but not for me.

12oz bottle. Poured a completely translucent pale golden yellow color with a very small haze to it. Not much of a head, some fizzy notes. Plenty of carbonation though. Aroma was sweet light cider. Watery apples. Pretty sweet, though not offensive surprisingly, I pegged it as something I wouldn’t like, but honestly would rather drink this than most of the macro stuff at a lot of non-craft parties I go to.
