Description
Lucky Bucket is one of Nebraska’s oldest craft breweries, we tapped our first beer in January 2008 with the debut of Pre-Prohibition Lager which, along with Certified Evil Imperial Stout have been stalwarts on taps and shelves across Nebraska.
From our first beer Lucky Bucket has always been interested in pushing the craft market by looking for the unexpected, from using old recipes and exploring forgotten styles, to trying new ingredients and experimenting with different styles.
Although there are some changes afoot we’ll promise you that you can find your old standbys as well as rotation of new options whenever you come by the taproom.
From the taproom, to the bar, to your back deck, at Lucky Bucket our goals have always been simple, to create high-quality beers that people can enjoy with friends and family no matter what life throws at you.

Hazy burnt orange, 2 finger head. Nose is fecal matter / baby diaper. Hint of oranges. Very high bitterness in the taste, very piney, resinous. Hint of tangerine peels. Interesting but not all that great.

Dark brown color. Big caramel tootsie roll, citrusy nose. Slightly sour. Full bodied. Lots of marmalade tooties, chocolate, alcohol well hidden. Fairly big hoppiness. Lingering hoppy finish. Decent, but nothing exceptional.

Bottle @ Brad’s house. Pours a deep brown appearance with a light brown head. Spicy, chocolate, anise, raisin, light grape fruity aroma. Plum, raisin, grape, dark chocolate, caramel, port, molasses, light citrus flavor. Kind of strong. Not bad but not my favorite.

Bottle @ Brad’s house. Pours a dark golden orange appearance with an off white head. Herbal, grapefruity, fairly floral, citrusy nose. A bit tangy, light woody, grapefruity, quite herbal hoppy, somewhat toasty malty flavor. Pretty decent.
