Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Poured a yellow color, no head to speak of. Aroma is some nice honey notes, sweet fruits, sweet honey notes. Flavor was sweet floral notes, and sweetness. Incredibly easy to drink for 12%.

Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Poured a light yellow color with a wispy head with a small fizzy head. Aroma is mice sharp ginger, lemongrass notes. Flavor was apple, with a pleasant ginger and a nice lemongrass finish. Pretty tasty.

Draft at Right Proper. Cloudy pale yellow color, small fluffy white head. Nice aroma of tart, dusty, funky apple skins. Taste is tart apples, grapefruit, light pineapple. Delicious.

750ml bottle split with my girlfriend, bought from the cidery in August. Bottle made a nice little ’pop’. Poured a nice ruby red color, no head to speak of. Aroma is some nice plum notes, pitted fruits, sweet honey notes. Flavor was sweet floral notes, sweetness, and some prune and plum. Incredibly easy to drink for 12%.

Draft at Snallygaster 2014. Poured a clear, purple blue color with a small fizzy quickly dissipating head, looks flat after a moment. Aroma was sweet blueberry notes, dry cider notes, some funk. Flavor was sweet berries, nice tart cider notes. Friend said it tasted like cough syrup, girlfriend really liked it. Found it enjoyable. Booze totally hidden here. Very drinkable.

6 oz draft pour at Snallygaster 2014 shared by me. Hazy light yellow. Aromas of funk, apples, tart fruit. Tastes of apples, lemon, lime, tart fruit, light funk. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Bottle pour at Proletariat. Pale gold, flat, clear. Lambic-like funk in the nose, acid, barnyard, leather, apples. Crisp funky flavor, acid, apple, some acetic in the finish. Great.

Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Beautiful cloudy pink color, white edge head. Nice floral aroma with apples, rose petals, perfume. Taste is smooth, bright flowers and fruit, tart finish. Delicious.
