(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a white head. Notes of somewhat sharp acidic lemon, semi-sweet lemon peels, generally lemon flavours are dominant, but there is also lightly bready malt, lactic sourness, dry grass and soft ester-like fruit. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Adding lemon to an already reasonably lemon-heavy beer felt like overkill and dulled what I thought was a solid base (consumed alongside). Okay.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Notes of grainy cereal malt with a cracker-to-bread level of yeastiness, oak, vanilla, hay, moderate citrusy acidity, a bit of pit fruit sweetness, light florals, not really phenolic. Lightly sweet and lightly to moderately tart, finishing rather dry. I liked this a lot more than most, it was a late-session pour for me but it felt balanced and well-concentrated, so while the flavours were pretty standard saison it stood in contrast to beers with interesting flavours and low concentration.
