(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Lightly hazy pale gold pour with a white head. Notes of lemony acidity, citrus zest, some fresh grass, straw, wet concrete minerality, slightly sweet pale malt core, yeast, light barnyard funk. Balance is light sweet and light tart, relatively dry overall, with a very dry and lightly woody finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Not particularly flashy, but I thought it was well-blended and quite solid.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy fairly dark red with a pink-white head. Notes of red wine, sour grapes, tart red berries, lactic touches, light vanilla, oak, prominent but rounded acidity, soft spicy fruit pit/wood/yeast quality, light funk, quite dry in the finish, tannic, grape skins and oak. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Quite a nice red wine sour, not ridiculously complex but well-put-together and drinkable.

Hazy, light amber-tan. No head. There's a fair bit of bright, sweet apricot on the nose, almost jammy. Very acetic, harsh in that respect. Bracing. Shocking. Actually, the fruit is still really bright and sweet. Not super complex, and the whole foeder thing doesn't really happen. I just think that despite the beautiful fruit character I couldn't finish a full one.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy pale yellow with a little white head. Notes of sour lemon, gooseberry, light pale malt, wood, soft floral qualities, herbs, touches of salt, soft Brett, lightly sweet too, rather dry into the finish. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Liked the floral salty quality here, pretty well balanced if a touch more sour than optimal for me. Solid one.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours lightly hazed yellow with a white head. Notes of tart mix of grapes/white wine with light citrus, yeasty, Brett funk and straw, touch of pale malt, light oak. Rather sour overall, lightly to moderately vinous, somewhat lactic in quality, just a little fruity sweetness, pretty dry tart finish. Lighter bodied, average fizzy carbonation. Decent, not the most vinous and a bit over-tart without tons of depth, but quite drinkable all the same.
