The Brew Kettle Brewery has been producing award winning beers and serving the craft beer community since 1995. Over the years we have expanded numerous times to meet the demands of our customers but the goal has always been to brew consistently stellar beer. 12 ounce bottle from Vintage Estate. Clear amber thin cream tan head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, toast, floral malt. Taste is white bread, citrus, lemon.Medium bodied, crisp. This beer is called Big Woody. No wood. Lame. Good beer though.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a black color with a huge foamy brown head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was coconut, chocolate and vanilla cream. The flavor was coconut, cocoa, toasty malts and cream. Medium length finish. Medium body.

On draft at the Brew Kettle in Amherst OH. Pours a clear cola brown with a tan head. Aroma of licorice and chocolate. Flavors of anise and bittersweet chocolate.

On draft at the Brew Kettle in Amherst OH. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Aroma of grass. Flavors are bitter citrus. Bitter finish.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/12/2018. Clear bright orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Tart citrus, wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of orange, wheat and malt. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Roodbruin licht troebel bier met matig schuim. Licht aroma van koffie. Ook de smaak is koffie achtig maar Jammer genoeg een beetje waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "CREEPERy Friday the 13th" event on 04/13/2018. The beer is a clear amber-orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Sparse small patches of lace. Malt, fruit and caramel in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and slight earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draught at Bob's Bar during the "Brooklyn Black Ops!" event on 01/11/2018. Brown-black pour with a medium thick tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of bourbon, roast malt, and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, roasted malt and fudge. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and chocolate malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Sample at Bob's Bar during the "Oskar Blues Barrel Lovelies!" event on 10/26/2017. Cloudy apricot color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Sticky short strings of lace. Aroma of melon, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of mango, resiny hops and malt. The finish is fruity with a mango aftertaste. Decent overall.
