Cloudy and pale. Aroma has brett and some yeastiness. has an almost apple juice character, where the brett kicks in a bit late. Not the most polished example, but drinkable enough. Light body.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Golden color, just hazy, with compact head. Hoppy aroma, a bit citrusy (oranges), and a bit yeasty. The mouthfeel is off-dry; the malt flavor is rather simple; very strong bitterness, a bit orangey, but also quite harsh in the final, chicory, indeed old style.
Ok beer, won’t look for it again though.

On cask at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of juicy pears - not much else. Flavour brings out dusty dry pears upfront, followed by lacto and dry bready notes. Not an especially pleasing result here, despite the solid effort. Lacking complexity. Okay.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small tan head. Aroma is pretty light, with really notes of earth and dry cocoa. Flavour is much more discernible, with lots of leather, earthy wild yeast, very dry cocoa, and some funk. Very earthy and leathery, with a bone dry finish on the palate. Complex and really well-constructed. Excellent.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of fresh citrus fruits, light lacto, and moderate tartness. Flavour is intense and complex, with lots lacto, prominent funk, citrus and tropical fruits, and moderate tartness. Wonderfully constructed - everything is in perfect harmony. Such a wonderfully juicy and funky palate. Excellent.

Cask - Light sweet pear. Cloudy light gold with a nice white head. Sweaty funk, touch of pear and a light finish. Light funk, no sourness and a sweet light finish. Nice for a cask sour.

Draft - Soured dark malts with plum. Jet brown black with a small beige head. Dark soured malts, muddy notes and some sweetness. Long finish had a bit of bitterness.

Draft - Dark malts, manure, smoke and nice Woody notes. Deep cloudy brown with a small white head. Manure, light smoke and nice malts with a touch of wood. Very Rauch like and nice. Not at all what is expected or according to style, but tasty.

Draft - Very light citrus and sourness, clearish gold with a decent white head. Bright bitter orange peel with a slightly funky finish. Not bad.
