Bottle at tasting. Pours a red purple color. A big fruity nose, cherries and other berries. Soft raspberry, big tart cherries, sweet honey. Very flavorful. Lovely big brew.

Bottle. Pours a clear red purple with legs. A huge cherry nose. The flavor is big slick berries, cherry, tart cherries. Very good. Lots of legs.

Bottle from the Meadery. Clear gold. Aroma of honey, wood, and bourbon. Not getting a lot of maple syrup, but it is rather sweet compared to many of their meads, which I assume is a result of the maple syrup. Solid.

500ml thanks to toby bottle pours out a red. Nose is nice big raspberry some pithy seed and a nice sweet honey. Taste is more of the raspberries honey and a little tartness.

Bottle pours out a clear crisp golden. Nose is big coffee honey sweetness notes. Taste is more of the nice coffee honey forward sweetness.

500 ml bottle. Pours clear gold. Bright, floral, and a little grassy. Tart and a little vinous. Mild honey sweetness. Quite complex. Fairly dry. Really nice.

375 ml Bottle Adamchandler poured about 4 ounces. Aroma is beeswax, honey, subtle floral notes. Very nuanced, citrus, honey, floral, and traces of vanilla. Not overly sweet and not cloying at all. Pretty enjoyable for me.
