Bottle from the Meadery. Pinkish-orange in color. Bright strawberry aroma. Floral and earthy notes cover through as well. The taste is also full of strawberry, but not in a sweet way, more of a clean, dry strawberry flavor. Very clean. Refreshing. The finish feels almost punchy and rather dry.

Bottle from the Meadery, 12/29/15. Pours a mostly clear reddish-purple color. The aroma is all raspberry over some mild honey notes. The flavor is very tart and fruity, not much of the sweetness I expected from the aroma, in fact almost no sweetness at all. I don't say this often, but I would have preferred that it was slightly sweeter. Paired my second glass with a bit of chocolate, and I thought that really enhanced the drinking experience.

Bottle from the Meadery, 12.29.15. Clear golden color. The aroma is actually not super peppery at all. More floral, honey come through. Flavor is those up front as well, but as it roles on the tongue the heat builds into a rather spicy drink. A nice sipper that pairs great with salty foods to cut through the heat. I wouldn't want to drink the whole bottle in one sitting, but it is really quite enjoyable.

Bottle from the meadery. Clear white-gold color. Really does smell like apple pie. Lightly apple. Cinnamon and other spices come through nicely. Some honey, floral, and vanilla. Very clean and fresh tasting. So smooth and clean. Quite sweet but not cloying. Really enjoyed this.

Sampled this at Melovino, 12/12/2015. Has a good amount of whiskey on the aroma with honey and some earthy notes as well. Pours a darker orange color. Less sweet than most of their other meads, and with a little more body as well. Rather interesting as pretty tasty overall.

500 ml bottle from the meadery. Pours a bright gold. Nice mix of floral, honey, vanilla, and a bit of heat in both the aims and flavor. Very clean and crisp. Finishes sharp and a touch boozy. Really nice beverage.

Sampled at the Meadery, 12/12/15. Very bright and clean tasting mead. Grape flavors come through nicely. Has a nicely balancing component that keeps it from getting too sweet. I expected to like the His version way more, but it was actually really close (and I may have even preferred Hers). Very nice mead.

Sampled at the Meadery, 12/12/15. Pours a clear golden color. Nice apple tinge on the aroma to accompany sweetness of the honey. Gets some oak, vanilla type flavors as well. Nice sweetness and fairly full drinking mead. Really quite tasty. I like the idea of this one with the apple cider, as well as the execution.
