Bottle shared by Matt. Pours crystal clear pale straw, no head, no lacing. Aroma is honey, red apples, wildflowers, bourbon. Flavor is fully sweet, wildflower honey, tangy tart apples and a hint of bourbon-vanilla. Medium body. Neat.

Rating #6363. 2016 Bottle. Dark reddish-purple color. Lots of fruit and barrel flavors. A little sweet, but it remains quite clean. Pretty nice stuff.

16.9 oz bottle from the Meadery. Pours a clear golden-light orange color. Bubbles tingle through the glass. A fizzy head dissipates quickly down to almost nothing. Floral, bright honey aroma. A bit of citrus. Grassy notes. Smooth flavor, bright, honey sweetness comes through without much in the way of bitterness. Drinks smooth despite a relatively high level of carbonation. Really unique. Not sure I would call it IPA-style, as the honey still dominates. At first I wasn't sure what I thought of it, but it kinda grew on me the more I drank of it.

Bottle from the Meadery. Pours a clear bright gold color. Bright aroma and flavor of sweet honey and grape. Refreshing and clean. Perfect for drinking outdoors on what is turning out to be a really nice spring afternoon. Goes down so easy and clean that it could get dangerous.
