It was born from the desire to create a range of superior alternative beers, with a purpose that can not be reduced to the word premium in it’s label.
Our beers are produced only from the best natural ingredients without adding any chemicals, such as dyes and preservatives. We only use malted cereals, hops, yeast and water. To make them unique, other ingredients may be used, but they will always be natural and good quality.

uses the most advanced technologies and equipment available in order to
ensure the overall quality and stability of our beers.

AROMA: predominant medium coffee notes, plum, spicy alcohol with a medium-low roasted malt background. APPEARANCE: dark brown color with ruby body against light. clear. medium creamy tanned head with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium roasted malt flavor with a medium-low nutty presence and unsweetned coffee. medium bitterness with a dry, bitter and roasted finish. PALATE: medium body and creamy. medium-low carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. OVERALL: a nice imperial stout with coffee added. creamy and smooth.

AROMA: medium-low buttery aroma, mixed with oxidation notes, slight acetaldehyde. faint floral hop notes. slight sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: golden color and clear with a lot of sediment on the bottle. medium-low white head with medium retention. TASTE: medium-low malt flavor (grainy sweet) with oxidation notes (cardboard/paper). slight yeasty. medium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a lager with a lot of notes that seems consistent with shelf life that ended (which is unknown since it is not marked on the bottle).

Amber colour with no head. There’s not much to this one. Some fruit sugars and boiled vegetables. A little yeasty dryness.

AROMA: moderate sweet orange-like aroma, followed by very faint oxidation notes. neutral background. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a sweet orange-like flavor. neutral malt background. high bitterness with a dry and very bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: altough the aroma/flavor tends to be similar to grapefruit, its sweet character gives it an artificial sensation.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is malts, lightly floral but also a bit weird. Taste malts, again immediately something weird, some hops surely, caramel notes in the background, firm bitter hops, bitter. Ends better than it started. Decent.

From tap at Catraio, Porto. Almost clear dark golden color with off white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, caramel, quite fruity, stone and tropical fruits, floral, spicy, perfume. Sweet and light bitter like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Appearance: Burnt orange, clear. Some off-white head.
Aroma: Orange, good hops.
Taste: Good amount of fruit, exotic ones too, clear hops. Nice lingering bitterness.
