Clear golden colour with thick fluffy head. Aroma has lots of floral and citrus notes. The taste is just like a lemon cheesecake. Sweet but with bitter citrus peel.

Bottle from Duque, Lisboa. It pours cloudy golden with a massive foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, zesty citrus, lemon cheesecake, white bread and earthy funk. The taste is dry, tart, sweet - sour, lemon, tangy lime, gooseberry, sherbet, earthy, lactic, lemon cheesecake and some alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate - high foamy carbonation. I would prefer if it was a bit cleaner and brighter. Pretty OK entry level sour.
