Our beers are produced only from the best natural ingredients without adding any chemicals, such as dyes and preservatives. We only use malted cereals, hops, yeast and water. To make them unique, other ingredients may be used, but they will always be natural and good quality.

Ambar oscura, poca espuma blanquecina. Aroma ligero, agradablemente lupulado, herbal, en boca es muy agradabke y equilibrada. Dulcemente malteada, caramelo, miel y en el final contrapunto lupulado, frutal, uva... Bastante conseguida.

Reviews based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 23A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L007. AROMA: moderate clean sour aroma with a medium-low yeast aroma and faint wheat background. APPEARANCE: pale gold color and hazy. Large white head with medium retention. TASTE: balanced flavour between a medium-low clean sourness and slightly sweet malt and yeast. semi-dry finish with a yeasty aftertaste. PALATE: medium-light body. high carbonation. OVERALL: a berliner weisse that needs more acidity and maybe a different brewers yeast strain. a good start tought.

AROMA: Predominant cereal husk aroma with a solvent-like note of the same intensity. background of medium-high malty aroma with a caramel character. medium-low dried plums and dried figs. APPEARANCE: light amber color and translucent. low to medium-low white head with medium-low to low retention. some leg formation. TASTE: initial cereal husk flavor with a medium-low to low malt-caramel presence. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. no esters perceptible. PALATE: medium body with a slight texture. medium-low carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. OVERALL: a barleywine without complexity that needs improvement.

Has a good pamplemousse aroma and solid citrus notes. Flavour is good hop notes and grapefruit. Okay mouthfeel. it’s decent but not too exciting.
