330mml. bottle as part of a trade with rhoihessegold. Many thanks!! Tasted on the 12/09/2018 at «Mimosas». In short: deep malty and caramel bock. Enjoyable and deeply intense caramelish malts. Color marrón oscuro, con una capa generosa de espuma beige. Aroma a maltas caramelizadas, regaliz y chocolate. En boca destaca por la profundidad de sus maltas acarameladas que junto con el toque de regaliz le confieren a esta cerveza un paladar potente y redondo. Intensa y agradable. Final seco y maltoso. Para repetir, sin duda. Next one please!!

Bottle: Golden, unclear, smaller stable creamy white head; mild phenolic traces in the mild wheaty-fruity nose, the promised hops are hard to detect; moderate sweet-bitter and mildly sourish flavour, light to medium bodied and quite soft; slightly lingering fruity-wheaty and mildly hoppy finish. Not really great...

Dark brown pour with lightly brownish foam, bit hazy. Nose is sweet and soft, some black bread pudding feel to it. Taste is sweetish, black bread pudding it is, not that sweet, straight out from my school lunch more than 20 years ago. Bitterness there balancing the sweetness, so doesn't really feel that sweet overall. Caramel and dark fruits, raisins giving way to drier and more biter finish. Decent dark doppelbock, not too sweet, something I can definitely enjoy.

0.33 l bottle from a trade with Maracuja05, best before June 2019, thanks Moritz! Clear, deep ruby with a medium large, slightly creamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of milk chocolate, caramel, some hazelnut and a touch of raisins. Moderately sweet, malty, a bit roasty taste of milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel and some raisins, followed by a short, relatively bitter, even a bit resiny and slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice, even if with a pretty untypical set of flavours.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a firm medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, mildly wheaty aroma with notes of ripe fruits, banana and hints of clovy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty malt character with notes of banana and citrus, mildly spicy notes stay in the background; moderately sweet and fruity finish. Okay. 07.II.18

Pours gold from the bottle. A frothy white head lingers. Aroma has a mild fruity to floral feel without much else behind it. Taste is mildly bittersweet, trending mildly bitter at the finish. The adjectives crisp and refreshing spring to mind. Body is medium with a somewhat soft carbonation. Overall, pleasant.
