Mellow, slightly starchy, pale malty and fruity, minimally floral, hoppy aroma, hints of honey, a touch of mirabelle, minimally funky yeasty overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty and mildly bitter, slightly fruity, hoppy, hints of mandarine, melon, a touch of honey, minimally funky yeasty overtones.
Very light body, minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, diminishing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally grainy, malty, slightly fruity and minimally lactic aroma, hints of unripe mango and passion fruit, a touch of mild sauerkraut. Taste is slightly fruity and tart-ish, minimally papery, hints of unripe mango and passion fruit, a fruit acidic and a lactic touch.
Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation.

Unclear orange golden with a foamy head. Fruity, grassy, zesty, some vanilla, resin, some tangerine, bitter hops. Hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy zesty bitter finish. A very nice Pale Ale, quite different from many other around.
