Really nice! Didn't get much ginger though. Very comfy place but I miss the smell of brewing malts that Sudden Death had. I should come again on their next Brautag.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orange, amber colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and minimally spicy, malty aroma, hints of orange, mandarine, a leafy-citrusy touch, whiffs of floured grey bread crust. Taste is tart-ish, fruit acidic, tropical fruity hoppy, hints of unripe peach, mango, some bitter orange, slightly spicy, malty basis. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. A bit unbalanced, heterogeneous, disharmonious, fairly refreshing - so-so.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a smallish and rough, off-white head. Nose is wort with a layer of citrus on top. Thin body, a slight malt feel, sweet wort, again a touch of citrusy hops and a lightly bitter finish. I've had worse. 081122
