Säuerlich malziger Beginn, der klar für eine Infektion spricht - das MHD ist dabei noch gut 6 Wochen entfernt. Geringe Malzigkeit, deutliche aber nicht stechende Säure, andere Aromen sind nur schwer erkennbar. Mittellanger Abgang. Meh. 9/5/6/6/8/5

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing. A slightly hazy reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of herbal and caramelized dark malt, cinnamon. Taste of dark caramelized malt, christmas spices, anis, red fruits, caramel. Okay!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Spicy aroma. Starts intense malty, spicy, grasy. Some herbal notes. Light woody. Bitter hoppy finish, again spicy-herbal notes. Interesting.
