Many thanks to WillemsUrenkel for this bottle. Smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink, fruity malty. Smooth. Hints of spices behind a grainy and neutral bitter body. Long intense malty aftertaste, very dry and very grainy. Nice with nice herbs and spices in the end.

0,33l bottle from an EDEKA in Lüneburg. Unclear amber in the glass, fast fading one finger head. Due to the optical appearance and the abv it´s definitive not the same beer as I had in 2017. Orange fruity smell, some vinegar. Taste is also orange fruity, increasing dry, toasted malt, little bit herbal. More malt to the end. Hints of sticky fruity sweetness in the background. Original review text: 0,75 l bottle from an Edeka in Lüneburg for a lot of money. It seems to be a christmas beer. BB May 2017. Hope it also fits for a hot summer night in June. Really nice looking bottle and label. Nearly black in the glass with an huge beige head. Smells unusual, some orange fruity, some vinegar, some herb. Taste has some malt, some fruity sourness, also herb elements. Not very complex. Very low carbonation. Okay, maybe not the right choice for this night.

0,33 l bottle as Gestopfter Dachs - Lager Tropische Früchte -. Think I´m right here. Unclear golden in the glass with a more than two finger foamy white head. Intensive fresh tropical smell with honey. Taste starts with tropical citrus fruits. Increasing pale grain with some bitterness in the second part. Thins out to the end. High carbonated.

Bottle, sold as Gestopfter Dachs. Golden color. Hay and manure in the aroma and flavor. Hints of citrus. Tasty, but with a dirty mouthfeel.

Bottle, found in Hengelo. Almost black. Malty soft roasty caramally milky aroma. Malty sweet caramelly roasty flavor. Almost full bodied. Quite pleasant, in spite of the caramelly sweetness.
