In all, the brewery offers 13 different beers in bottles, part of which is aged in barrels, plus seasonal beers. The brewery produces 6,000 to 12,000 liters of beer per day. Fermentation is a minimum of one week then cellaring for 3 weeks. Then it is filtered on earth. These are unique and rare processes in the production of beer, which explains their quality.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc CHAMPAGNOLE supermarket in France. Head is medium, tan, quick diminishing. Colour is dark coppery to brown, almost clear. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, bready, herbal touch. Taste is medium malty base, caramel, some roasted tones, bit leaves, almost dry on the palate, decent bitterness, simple yet ok.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc CHAMPAGNOLE supermarket in France. Head is medium, white, average retention. Colour is yelowish, hazy. Aroma wheat, a lot of coriander, bit orange, banana, spicy. Taste is light malty wheat base, banana, spicy, coriander, dry on the palate, bit watery mineral, medium carbonation, ok, not bad, drinkable.

@home poured into a tumbler. Slightly unclear pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mosly diminishing, almost no lacing. Modest aroma, wheat, yeast, lemon, herbal notes. Thin taste, light sweet, light acidity, mild mouthfeel, wheat, yeast, lemon, herbal notes. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, soft sweet aftertaste, a bit refreshing, light weight, not really impressed.

Licht bruin tamelijk helder bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet en fruitig met iets van honing, appel en wat banaan. Best goed.

Bottle thanks to Jan. Gold with a fleeting white head. Optically, not much to look at. Grainy aroma that’s just a touch floral. Mildly bitter up front with a grainy, grassy character. The honey sweetness gains strength halfway through. Finishes honey sweet. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Simple but not bad.

Uit een pakket van Beerwulf. Het is een goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat frisse geur. De smaak is moutig en licht zurig en ebt snel weg.

Fles uit Beerwulf adventspakket. Volgens etiket een Biere de Garde. Helder geel bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht kruidig met iets van koriander en sinaasappel. Niet slecht.

Bottle thanks to Jan. Hazy pale yellow with a fleeting head. Fruit syrup aroma with a certain pungency to it. Taste is sweet, touched with lemongrass, finishing with a mild herbal bitterness. Surprisingly syrupy body, mild carbonation. Not a great one.

Very pale and very cloudy. Citrusaroma. Thin. Citric flavor, just a bit yeasty and slightly herbal. Yeasty aftertaste with a hint of apple.

Bottle. dark amber color. Nutty aroma with caramel and apple. Thinnish. Nutty malty flavor with apple. Sticky mouthfeel.
