Finish is floral, herbal and earthy with some estery sweetness and ripe fruitiness. Some yeastiness too. Aroma has sweetish and grainy malt with funky yeasty tones. Also peaches and other fruits. Flavour has some citrus, grapefruit, funky yeasty tones and some urinal cake. Nice, like a more clean and rich version of Tallimestari. This has even some Fantôme-like elements.

Tap@ Syystober ’14. Near black, brown lasting head. Soury aroma, roasted malt, ripe apples. Contaminated. Flavor has chocolate, lactobacillus, roastedness, yeast. Whoah. Wild ale? Quite interesting despite its flaws actually, if you are not looking at the style at all.

Tap @ Syystober ’14. Dark copper, unclear, thick off-white head. Musty aroma, some spicyness, herbal notes, mint? Flavor has rye, yeast, porridge, english hops. Quite bitter finish. Messy, but drinkable.

Aroma has peaches, resiny malt and some fruits. Also hints of grapefruit. Foamy and creamy palate. Flavour is a bit tart with grapefruit, lactic tones and biscuits. Also some caramel tones. Aroma was ok but flavour is a bit contaminated. Drinkable anyway.

Aroma is bitter in a harsh way with some grapefruit, bush leaves and roasted tones. Flavour s somewhat sour with roasted tones, grapefruit, gooseberry bush leaves and hints of chocolate. Contaminated but not completely bad.
