Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Peachy, tropical nose. Medium body, a light fruity sweetness, rather delicious tropical hop accents before a dry finish. Again a decent Spanish IPA - I'm on a roll! 030718

Bottle @ home. Red / amber color as expected, virtually no head. Malty aroma, don't get much more. Taste malts, malt bitter, old brown bread. Hmm not a fan of this, but it's drinkable.

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Slightly hazy golden body with a white head. Ripe apricot appears both in the aroma and the taste with notes of mango, grapefruit, pine and a bit of booze. Great DIPA.

33 cl bottle at Poncelet Cheese Bar, Madrid, paired with some really good cheese, like English Montgomery Cheddar, very old Dutch Gouda Fermier or Mas del Tano goat bleu. They know their stuff. OK, back to the ale: it pours very dark brown, almost pitch black, bright and intense. Rocky tan head lasts like forever, thick and foamy. Aroma is smoke, chimney and cinder. Bacon, smoked ribs... you know. Some cocoa and coffee as well. Mouth is soft, dense, quite high on the carb side. Not too sour, quite bitter, medium-lasting. Nice.
