We started with an 800 Litre brew size and currently we’re handcrafting 6500 Litre brews and bottling our 10 different beers on site. On 4th February 2016 we obtained Planning Permission to build a new brewery and after 20 years the next chapter begins. Our new brewery has the capacity to produce around 40,000 litres a month and has scope for further expansion.
We source spring water from the Mourne Mountains which is blended with American, Australian and New Zealand hops to create best-selling beers.
The company produces bottle-conditioned beers and ales and also supplies products in kegs to customers throughout Ireland. We’re expecting wild times ahead along with great beers….pick up a Whitewater and enjoy the journey.

500 ml bottle, from KWM Wines & Spirits. ABV is 4.5%. Pale golden colour, moderate but lasting white head. Aroma of pilsener malts, a hint of herbal hops. The flavour is fairly crisp, but still with some residual malty sweetness, some herbal hops. I was very thirsty when I drank it, and it went down nicely & smoothly.

330 ml can, from KWM Wines & Spirits. ABV is 4.2%. Deep reddish brown colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, nuts and slightly burnt toast. The flavour has the same elements, but is not too sweet, and is quite drinkable - just not very interesting.

330 ml can, as Whitewater Helles Lager, from KWM Wines & Spirits. ABV is 4.2%. Pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. \"Dusty\" and grainy aroma, a hint of old jam. Citric mouthfeel, but not too fizzy. The flavour is malty and slightly citric, low bitterness, fairly refreshing.

330ml can [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Slightly cloudy, dark amber to brown colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, modeately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Minimally bready, toasty, nuttily, malty and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of yellow and green apple, some caramel. Taste is minimally earthy, leafy and slightly fruity, mildly bitter hoppy, minimally bready, toasty malty, hints of green apple, metallic overtones; bready malty finish. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Rather earthy, nevertheless fairly refreshing - OK.

My first pale ale (tap handle called it an IPA) of any kind since making it to the British Isles almost two weeks ago. It came in a pint at Morning Star in Belfast, nice pub, nice barkeeper. Lightly hoppy, malt and biscuit. Tolerable, even decent, just subdued.
