Refrigerated half liter bottle labeled Moosbacher Schwarze Weisse , poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent medium brown with light brown highlights top and bottom, lots of suspended yeast, with one finger beige head that dissapates. Some fluffy lacing, medium body, light/medium carbonation, and light banana aroma. Taste is toasted/roasted malt, some banana, and a hint of chocolate. Pretty good.

Pours clear dark brown with a huge, sticky, off-white head. Roast malt aroma, maybe some bacon. A bit strange for an aroma. The flavor is neither sweet nor bitter but it does have a tart tang to it. Which is also a bit strange. A bit thin. I won’t be buying any more bottles of this, but I would love to try it fresh over in Germany.
