500ml bottle. Clear light golden with a fluffy head. Floral hops, hay, grain, metal. Metallic bitterness, grainy sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, mild dry grainy metallic sweet finish. Not great, rather bland Pilsner.

Brown with a frothy, beige head. Aroma of roasted grains and caramel. Has a stale feel though. Taste is mildly bitter up front, sweeter at the end with a bit of metal. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Drinkable but far from a top notch bock.

One of the better marzens. Just a small touch of that DMSy flavour i don’t like. But it is at least balanced and malty and amber clear. Simmel Dresden
