Appearance: clear gold with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: solid malts, apples, distant melon. Some hop. Taste: light to medium sweet, solid malts, esters, hop, warming alcohol. Light bitterness. Mouth feel: medium to full body, average carbonation. Overall: unpretentious. Still a style-fitting bock.
