I think it's the Pils I have, at a restaurant in St. Vigilio. Clear straw and bubbly in an 0,5 glass. Neutral earthy nose. Decent bitterness over moderately grainy/malty but dry beer. Earthy traditional hops. Decent / drinkable for its style I guess.

Tap at Fabbrica in Pedavena, Mestre. Clear copper colour, steady beige head. Rye bready aroma, some caramalt. Light-bodied. Caramel, light breadyness. Easy, big brewery vibe.

Appearance: clear gold with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: solid malts, apples, distant melon. Some hop. Taste: light to medium sweet, solid malts, esters, hop, warming alcohol. Light bitterness. Mouth feel: medium to full body, average carbonation. Overall: unpretentious. Still a style-fitting bock.
