Pale, almost translucent yellow with little in the way of a head.
Nose is pear juice, sugars, tangy orchard notes.
Taste comprises pear drop, tannins, herb, sugars.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Not bad.

750ml bottle from Pokolbin Cider House. Hazed pale yellow gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, ginger, cardamon, spice. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, some core and skin, with spices, and gingery, citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying spiced & citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Pokolbin Cider House, for #rgpm. Sparking, clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of perry pear, floral, citrus, funk hint. Taste is sweet, fleshy, perry peary, elderflower, with wood, vanilla, funk notes, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying flowery peary zingy citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, perry peary, with woody, caramel & funk hints, some citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
