75 cl bottle. Orange blonde color, hazy, no head whatsoever, no lacing. Only a light fruity aroma. Soft fruity, malty sweet flavor, with only hints of flowery hops in the far background. Flat like a lambic, the second fermentation in the bottle didn’t take place at all, resulting in a bland and flat beer with severely restricted aromas and flavors. What has happened to this brewery?Earlier Rating: 5/3/2005 Total Score: 2.6Orange blonde color, cloudy. Citrus and apple in the aroma. Hint of vinegar. Creamy, yeasty flavor. Orange. Yeasty bitter aftertaste. Rather flat and unexciting. Earlier Rating: 12/21/2003 Total Score: 2.9Orange and yeast aroma. Orange color, little chunks of yeast floating. Also a yeasty orange flavor. Some alcohol, though not prominent. Some wheat and oats. Not bad, but there is room for further improvement.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malty aroma with chocolate cake. Malty sweetish, slightly alcoholic flavor with cacao. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Could be much better with more body, I really liked the dark chocolate flavors.

UDRB in Oirschot. Older bottle, 10 years old maybe? Grape juice and yeast in the aroma. Medium dry sherry, butter and malt in the flavor. Rye. Past its peak, but still OK

Bottle (tht march 2009) @ parents. Still tastes fine. Some appelstroop taste and sweetness has formed in this beer. Quite enjoyable.
