Meget lettdlikkelig for sine 7,2%.

500ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. Stable beige head to a clear golden-brown body. Fair lacing. Modest smell of pale and brown malty, mid-sweet. Taste of mellow apples, grass and caramel. Mild and short bitter ending. Soft carbonated. Thin to medium bodied. Rather tasteless and empty (hotel room, Copenhagen 14.11.2015).

500 ml bottle, Cardinal’s Yule beer tasting 2015. Beautiful deep red colour, off-white to beige head. Malty and slightly acidic aroma, hints of liquorice, caramel, molasses and dust. Smooth and pleasant flavour, with more pronounced notes of caramel and liquorice, but fortunately not too sweet. Some fruitiness too. A decent Yule bock this one.
