Drank cold. The appearance of the liquid is opaque. The color is milky. The olfactory intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is cooked rice. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is condensed milk, vanilla and coconut. The first impression of intensity of medium strength. The body is round. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are for "good sake". On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a sake!

Bottle at home. Drank about half last night and headache was decent this morning probably finish tonight and we will see aftereffects. Fairly clear. Nose is light coconut and alcohol. Taste sof coconut, almond, grain alcohol, vanilla traces. Some burn. Cheapness hits you after. Anyways need to up style

Cheap little bottle bought from ABC Ocoee. Clear pour. Nose is coconut and some almond skin. Tastes of coconut milk, chalk, almonds, medicine. Little cloying and plastic.

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Sweetish sticky beginning. Fruity with a nice sweetish rice aroma. Sweet dough, not much fragrance or depth. Round with a dough sweetish clear aftertaste. Sessionable.

Sampled from 0.375 l bottle. Milky, white. Sweetish, slightly spicy aroma of rice, gooseberry and white grapes. Quite sweet, fruity-spicy taste of rice, gooseberry and white grapes, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, rather spicy finish. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
